· Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Especially for the Chardham sector Ac can work only in Haridwar & Dehradun's plain / surface area.

· All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.

· Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

· 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.

· 50% of full tour cost - between 20 & 29 days prior to tour.

· 75% of full tour cost - between 19 & 10 days prior to tour.

· 100% - within 9 days prior to tour.

Itinerary

Day 1 : GWALIOR

Arrive in Gwalior – the historic place of Scindia Empire with stunning forts and intricate palaces that were at some point ruled by rulers of different era. Founded by the king Surajesan, Gwalior has a majestic charm that speaks volumes of its magnificent past. Encircled by beautiful hills and greenery, it is a beautiful historic city where its royal charm is reflected through its striking architectural structures like sandstones mosque, rock temples and magnificent statues. Also Known as the city of music, Gwalior is one of the most erstwhile gharanas or schools of Hindustani classical music. On arrival in Gwalior, check into your hotel and relax. In afternoon, visit Jai Vilas Palace & Museum (Monday closed) where the armors from the era of Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb, to the freedom movement during the reign of Rani LaxmiBai are well preserved. The palace sprawls its regal branches over an area of 75 acres and it serves as a grand resident to the descendants of Jayaji Rao Scindia as well as a huge museum constituting to 35 rooms; one of the carpets in Jai Vilas Palace took nearly 12 years to weave! Later in the evening, enjoy the Sound and Light Show at Fort. Return to hotel for overnight stay in Gwalior.

Day 2 : GWALIOR

After Breakfast, go for Full day local sightseeing in Gwalior. Witness the grand Gwalior

Fort popularly known as ‘The Pearl in the Necklace of the Forts’ with stunning architecture and intricate stone carvings. And many more attractions. Return to hotel for overnight stay in Gwalior.

Day 3 : GWALIOR – ORCHHA (120 KMS- 2 HRS

After Breakfast, check out and leave for Orchha. On arrival, check into hotel and relax. Later go for full day local sightseeing of Orchha - an ancient town which seems frozen in time, with some of the most fascinating temples and palaces displaying their grandeur even today. Visit the Orchha Fort complex comprising of several formidable structures including forts, palaces, temples, cenotaphs and historic monuments that speaks volumes of the glorious Bundela Rajput and their stories of valor. Orchha fort, situated on the banks of the River Betwa, offers impressive artwork of paintings and stone carving within its premises, catering to the desire of history and nature lovers. Overnight stay at Orchha. Optional: If time permits, indulge in water adventure activities in river Betwa - such as sailing, river rafting and kayaking (subject to availability, water level and weather conditions).

*Special Attraction: During Aarti at Raja Ram Temple, a Guard of Honour is being given.

Day 4 : ORCHHA – KHAJURAHO (170 KMS/2 – 3 HRS)

After breakfast, check out from hotel and leave for Khajuraho. On arrival, check into to Hotel and relax later. In evening, enjoy the sound and light show set against the backdrop of temples itself - the fascinating sound and light show evokes the life and times of the great Chandela Kings and traces the story of unique temples from the 10th century to the 11th century. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 5 : KHAJURAHO

Optional: Visit Raneh falls – an exquisite waterfall formed by River Ken running over one of the oldest rocks on earth, the Vindhya basalt.

After breakfast proceed for a full day temple tour of the UNESCO site of 'Khajuraho Group of Monuments', famous for its Nagara-Style architecture and graceful sculptures of nayikas and deities. Built around a thousand years ago by the Chandela rulers, there were around 85 temples which got ruined over the years, and today around 20 of them are left that could survive the damage. These temples are divided into three groups: Eastern, Western and Southern group and they represent various forms like meditation, spiritual teachings, relationship, through stimulating art. The temples are famous for its craftsmanship that consists of splendid demonstrations of fine sculptures and exceptional architectural skill. Later back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Khajuraho

Day 6 : KHAJURAHO

After Breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Madhya Pradesh as your journey ends here. Time to head home; drop at the Satna railway station/ Khajuraho airport / Gwalior or airport.
